Just a quick note to let you know that I was very happpy with my move. I was extremely impressed with David Mack who was in charge of the move. He was an extremely hard worker - nothing was too much trouble for him (he did not stop!)

He was very professional, and amazingly cheerful and patient throughout the whole operation. He is a great asset to you company.

I just wanted to write to say how pleased I was with my move from Sydney (Balmain) to Melbourne (Montmorency) just before Christmas (18th December).

The guys who helped me at the Balmain end (Roger and Scott) were very polite, helpful and thorough and my parents have told me the men that delivered my furniture in Melbourne were the same. The pick up and delivery was made very promptly and on the date and time that I was intially advised.

As this was a backload job (at very good rates) I was very pleased to have such great service. Thank you once again.

Dear Mark,

Admittedly I was feeling daunted at the prospect of moving the contents of my mother's house and garden interstate followed by a move of my own two weeks later.

The fact that I survived is due to the caring professionalism of you and your staff. As you can appreciate my dear mother's house was full of treasures and memories that she just couldn't part with. It didn't matter that she had 3 electric jugs exactly the same ! They all went interstate. Your packers and removers were careful, kind and considerate and for three days worked with me as a team.

And then there was her garden ! I transplanted plants in heavy pouring rain from every pot into rubbish bags as quickly as your men could stack the empty pots onto the truck. All the plants and pots arrived safely at the other end to create an instant garden.

I was still recovering from packing my mother's major move interstate when I had to move out of my own home two weeks later. Again you came to the rescue ! I felt as though I had family helping me when familiar faces came through the door.

Your were personally available to speak to me at all times when plans kept changing which was greatly appreciated in such a stressful situation. My mother has also asked me to compliment your patient and caring staff who transported her goods to Queensland.

Please convey my thanks to all your team... Each person in his own way contributed to my well being and sanity whether it be their good humour or a simple smile - either way it made the task easier. Should you ever need a reference I'd be delighted to do so.

I would like to express my appreciation of the crew who moved us to Lavender Bay on 2nd, 3rd and 4th June.

Tom started the packing, creating a sense of order our of the chaos of the house. Dave and Dale were there thoughout.

They efficiently, in a calming, friendly was, moved some particularly heavy pieces, up and down many steps and through tight doorways.

They exuded confidence. I felt that we were in good hands. John and Glen were a big part of the move as was Dale. Thank you.
